Quiet your mind, refresh your body, and relieve stress with this class with this class led by Diane Lancaster, who has more than 20 years of experience in fitness instruction. Regardless of your physical condition or abilities, learn to increase strength and flexibility through positions, breath work, and mediation.If you would like to just drop in to a class it is $12 per class.Class size is limited. Please bring your yoga mat and water.The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel programs which do not support themselves. If a class must be cancelled due to weather, instructor illness, facility issues, etc., the Department will make every effort to contact participants. No classes are held when the Foxboro Public Schools have been cancelled due to weather conditions. 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM    Rising Star Theater Workshop - Rising Star Theater Workshop
It is time to add some musical theater fun to your summer!  Open to budding performers from Kindergarten through 6th grade, this workshop will help bring out the star within, by building confidence in performing and a love of the Art of Musical Theater!  Each child will bring in a song of their choosing and we'll  create a show (complete with choreography as well as production numbers!) for all to enjoy!   Included in this workshop is outdoor fun, which will include walks on the beautiful grounds of Mill St and a chance to swim in the Town pool!  On the last day of the program, families will be invited to see a show on the stage at the Foxboro Community Center (76 Main St).  Performers will also be treated to a pizza lunch on the day of the performance.     When: August 17 - 21, 12:30-4:30pm Where: Chapel Meeting House (56 Mill St) Cost: $375 residents $350 non-residents   Instructor: Laura Canfield of LCR Stage Productions" The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel programs which do not support themselves.
