Michelle Gardner is a certified yoga teacher (CYT200, Chromatic Guide, at Chromatic School of Yoga). Having experienced how the thousands-of-years-old practice of yoga is helping her live an active and joyful life in her 50s, she was motivated to complete the 200-hour Yoga Teacher training program and is now excited to share and help others live mindfully and feel strong in their bodies.Experience the benefits of yoga through mindful breath connected to movement. This class is for those new or experienced with yoga and will focus on building strength and flexibility in both our bodies and minds. We will move through sequences in a Vinyasa flow style designed to energize and improve movement. Some postures will be held for a few breaths to help improve strength and balance. The Axtreme Jumpstart Guitar Class offers beginner to early-intermediate guitar instruction in a group setting.  Students will learn fundamental skills such as posture, chords, strumming and rhythm.  Students with prior experience, instruction will be adjusted to provide more advanced content.
