June 29 to July 2: SpaceWars Robotics (AM Session)In this Star Wars and space-inspired program, your padawan learner will explore the basics of robotics while digging into their favorite parts of the Star Wars movies and NASA, the machines! While working with a partner to complete various challenges, students will learn how to effectively utilize sensors, how different mechanical components work in their robots, and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with practice. Students will be supported as they develop their coding and building skills and will be inspired with creative building challenges based on the movies they love. May the force be with them as they build and grow!Amazing Race Themed STEAM (PM Session)Are you ready for an adventure? Send your learner on a trip with Snapology around the world to discover unique aspects of different cultures, including national flags, traditional cuisines, influential artists, and notable historical landmarks. While they explore, they will be challenged to work with a partner to solve different tasks in various “countries” that will put them ahead or behind in the race to the finish line. Not only will your student be learning about world cultures and developing an appreciation for cultural differences, but they will also be competing in fun challenges to test their building and problem-solving skills. July 13 to July 17: Amusement Park Adventures Engineering (AM Session)Children love going to amusement parks to experience the variety of fast, dropping, and spinning rides, but most haven’t thought about the science that goes into building those rides and the people responsible for designing them. In this Snapology class, students will become mechanical engineers of their own LEGO brick amusement park rides and will learn the core physics and engineering concepts used to make a ride thrilling. Rides will then come to life with LEGO power hubs and electric motors!Pokemania (PM Session)Come join Snapology for this themed STEAM Pokemania program! Students will build and explore the world of Pokemon as they create their own gyms, battles, and even their very own generation of Pokemon. Children will also learn about real-world science as they learn about the habitats of the Pokemon. Your child will have a blast becoming the best Pokemon trainer ever. August 10 to August 14:RoboPets Robotics (AM Session)In this morning program, children will begin to explore the world of robotics as they build moving animals that teach the fundamentals of robotic design. Whether learning about animal habitats or discovering ways that gears and pulleys create movement while building dancing birds and robotic dogs, your child is sure to have a great time.Spike Prime AttackBots (PM Session)In this afternoon program, students will build a variety of military-inspired robots that will respond to their programmed commands. While working with a partner to solve various challenges, students will learn how to effectively utilize a sensor, how different mechanical components can alter the power and speed of their machine, and how programming is a challenging but rewarding skill that they can master with practice. Students will be supported as they develop their coding and building skills and will be inspired with games and challenges using the robots they build with their partner. SNAPOLOGY at Foxboro Recreation - Space Wars Robotics and Amazing Race STEAM (Full Day) In these exciting classes, students will learn important foundational coding skills while building a variety of robots. Children will learn about sequencing commands, value and sensor inputs, and loops as they create robotic catapults, ring toss games, space rovers, and much more! Your child will have a blast exploring the world of robotic technologies as they build, learn and play!Spring 2026: GameBots Robotics 6 Week Series Starts May 7Calling all gamers! Have a blast creating robotic games each week while learning about robotics. Students will learn about gear ratio, sensors, programming, and pulleys as they create fun-to-play games. Whether creating a robotic hockey player, pinball machine, or ring toss, your child is sure to have fun building, learning, and playing.
