Mindful Movement with Michelle - Drop-in Yoga Michelle Gardner is a certified yoga teacher (CYT200, Chromatic Guide, at Chromatic School of Yoga). Having experienced how the thousands-of-years-old practice of yoga is helping her live an active and joyful life in her 50s, she was motivated to complete the 200-hour Yoga Teacher training program and is now excited to share and help others live mindfully and feel strong in their bodies.Experience the benefits of yoga through mindful breath connected to movement. This class is for those new or experienced with yoga and will focus on building strength and flexibility in both our bodies and minds. We will move through sequences in a Vinyasa flow style designed to energize and improve movement. Some postures will be held for a few breaths to help improve strength and balance. Each class will end with a few minutes of quiet stillness.Program Details:

Pickleball - Pickleball Beginners Early Spring We are offering lessons from complete beginner to advanced players, as well as those looking to compete in tourneys. Skill based teaching with students learning racket techniques, grips, paddle technology, ball technology from indoor to outdoor, strategy, positioning, singles strategy, doubles strategy, rules with all fundamentals. Beginner: These classes are a great way for brand new players to learn the sport of Pickleball. Players will learn all the basics to be able to play. We will cover equipment, unique lingo, score keeping, court position, and the fundamentals of serve, return, and the volley.Intermediate: Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the rules of the game. Gets high majority of serves “in” Able to serve and return serve deep. Hits to the weak side of opponent often. Having experienced how the thousands-of-years-old practice of yoga is helping her live an active and joyful life in her 50s, she was motivated to complete the 200-hour Yoga Teacher training program and is now excited to share and help others live mindfully and feel strong in their bodies.Experience the benefits of yoga through mindful breath connected to movement. This class is for those new or experienced with yoga and will focus on building strength and flexibility in both our bodies and minds. We will move through sequences in a Vinyasa flow style designed to energize and improve movement. Some postures will be held for a few breaths to help improve strength and balance. Each class will end with a few minutes of quiet stillness.Program Details:

Skill based teaching with students learning racket techniques, grips, paddle technology, ball technology from indoor to outdoor, strategy, positioning, singles strategy, doubles strategy, rules with all fundamentals. Beginner: These classes are a great way for brand new players to learn the sport of Pickleball. Players will learn all the basics to be able to play.
