Michelle Gardner is a certified yoga teacher (CYT200, Chromatic Guide, at Chromatic School of Yoga). Having experienced how the thousands-of-years-old practice of yoga is helping her live an active and joyful life in her 50s, she was motivated to complete the 200-hour Yoga Teacher training program and is now excited to share and help others live mindfully and feel strong in their bodies.Experience the benefits of yoga through mindful breath connected to movement. This class is for those new or experienced with yoga and will focus on building strength and flexibility in both our bodies and minds. We will move through sequences in a Vinyasa flow style designed to energize and improve movement. Some postures will be held for a few breaths to help improve strength and balance. Each class will end with a few minutes of quiet stillness.Program Details: Schedule: Tuesdays at 9 AM Location: Chapel Meeting House, 56 Mill Street Session Length: 6-week series *Sept/Oct session is 5-weeks & price adjusted* Price: $90 for residents, $100 for non-residents Space Limited to 8 Participants Participants must bring their own mat and two blocks.Join Michelle for an hour on the mat focused on yourself, where you will learn tools to gain confidence and find calm that you can bring into your daily life.

The Axtreme Jumpstart Guitar Class offers beginner to early-intermediate guitar instruction in a group setting.  Students will learn fundamental skills such as posture, chords, strumming and rhythm.  Students with prior experience, instruction will be adjusted to provide more advanced content. CIRQUE DREAMS HOLIDAZE is holiday spectacular for the entire family!! Registrants will board the bus at Foxborough Community Center  at 10:30am and arrive in Providence with time for lunch on your own before seeing the 1pm show
