Our Pee Wee Soccer program is perfect for little ones ages 3-5, running for 7 exciting weeks from Saturday, May 3rd, through June 14th. This skills and drills program is designed to engage young players through games that help them learn the basics of soccer, including dribbling, shooting, and playing against each other in a friendly environment.Each session is focused on making learning fun, ensuring that every child feels confident and excited on the field. Add dimensions to your walking or jogging - do you like the idea of hiking but don't want to go alone?  Hiking is fantastic exercise as well as a great time to get some fresh air and explore new places. This class moves at a good pace - we'll be looking for hills! We will meet at various local locations every week (a list will be distributed).  First meeting location: F. Gilbert Hills State Forest, 45 Mill St, Foxborough, MA 02035.  F. Gilbert Hills, State Forest: 45 Mill St., Foxboro 02035 / From Norfolk center follow Rte. 115 south toward Foxboro. Stay on rte. 115 (crossing over route 1A at light) and turn left onto Pine Street. At lights turn right onto Route 1. Follow Route one for 1½ miles then turn left at lights on to Thurston Street.  Pee Wee T-Ball – Big Fun for Little Sluggers!  Step up to the plate and get ready to play! Our Pee Wee T-Ball program is the perfect way to introduce your 3–5-year-old to baseball in a fun, active, and engaging way.This is all about movement, teamwork, and learning the basics—without the pressure of competition! Where: Booth Field (80 South Street) When: Saturdays, May 3 – June 14 (no session Memorial Day weekend)Time: 10:00 – 10:45 AM Who: Kids ages 3–5 With the help of high school athlete coaches, kids will build confidence and coordination as they learn to throw, catch, hit off a tee, and run the bases—all through fun and engaging games designed just for them. Having experienced how the thousands-of-years-old practice of yoga is helping her live an active and joyful life in her 50s, she was motivated to complete the 200-hour Yoga Teacher training program and is now excited to share and help others live mindfully and feel strong in their bodies.Experience the benefits of yoga through mindful breath connected to movement. This class is for those new or experienced with yoga and will focus on building strength and flexibility in both our bodies and minds. We will move through sequences in a Vinyasa flow style designed to energize and improve movement. Some postures will be held for a few breaths to help improve strength and balance. We are offering lessons from complete beginner to advanced players, as well as those looking to compete in tourneys.  Skill based teaching with students learning racket techniques, grips, paddle technology, ball technology from indoor to outdoor, strategy, positioning, singles strategy, doubles strategy, rules with all fundamentals.  Beginner: These classes are a great way for brand new players to learn the sport of Pickleball.  Players will learn all the basics to be able to play. We will cover equipment, unique lingo, score keeping, court position, and the fundamentals of serve, return, and the volley.Intermediate: Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the rules of the game. Gets high majority of serves “in” Able to serve and return serve deep. Hits to the weak side of opponent often. We are offering lessons from complete beginner to advanced players, as well as those looking to compete in tourneys.  Skill based teaching with students learning racket techniques, grips, paddle technology, ball technology from indoor to outdoor, strategy, positioning, singles strategy, doubles strategy, rules with all fundamentals.  Beginner: These classes are a great way for brand new players to learn the sport of Pickleball.  Players will learn all the basics to be able to play. We will cover equipment, unique lingo, score keeping, court position, and the fundamentals of serve, return, and the volley.Intermediate: Demonstrates a broad knowledge of the rules of the game. Gets high majority of serves “in” Able to serve and return serve deep. Hits to the weak side of opponent often.
