JUST DANCE: Zen 6 weeks -
Join Lisa for up to 40 minutes of zen-movement. Using imagery and proprioception processing we'll focus on movement through breadth-work, easy functional movement. We’ll close with a 5 minute seated meditation. Comfortable clothes and shoes encouraged.
JD:Zen is an alternative option for adults who’d prefer slower dance-like movement. This class idea was inspired by a college-experience - a group would meet a sensei’s garden for Thai-chi aikido movement.
