Learn to Knit
Join us for a fun and relaxing introduction to knitting! This one-hour class is perfect for beginners who have always wanted to learn how to knit but didn’t know where to start. Over the course of the session, you’ll learn the basics of knitting, including:
- Casting On: The essential first step to begin your knitting project.
- The Knit Stitch: The foundation of many knitting projects and patterns.
- Casting Off: Finishing your work so it doesn’t unravel.
If you’re feeling confident, we can also explore the purl stitch, which opens up even more possibilities for your knitting journey!
At the end of the class, you’ll have the skills to start creating your very own knitted item. All supplies, including yarn and knitting needles, will be provided, and you’re welcome to take them home to continue your project.
