We help girls find their place
The Heart & Sole program meets the specific needs of our middle-school girls. It inspires girls to embrace what makes them unique and provides opportunities to practice skills that foster healthy relationships. Creatively using physical activity, girls learn valuable life skills they can use at school, with friends, and at home. Heart & Sole will inspire and empower the next generation of woman.
Emphasis on the whole girl
Heart & Sole focuses on five key parts: body, brain, heart, spirit, and how girls connect with others.
Set goals to succeed
Girls work on setting goals through exercises and discussions. Each season ends with a non-competitive 5K, where girls celebrate who they are, how far they have come and where they want to go.

The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel programs which do not support themselves. If a class must be cancelled due to weather, instructor illness, facility issues, etc., the Department will make every effort to contact participants. No classes are held when the Foxboro Public Schools have been cancelled due to weather conditions. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified
regarding a make up class.
Refund Policy
The Recreation Department has a NO REFUND policy unless the program is cancelled or there are
special circumstances. In most cases, credits are given and do not expire.
