Let Andrea Kristenson, our resident chef, show your children how to make simple and delicious sushi.
Andrea, now home with two children, was a chef instructor at Boston University's School of Hospitality Administration for 10 years, former food service director of Normandy Farms Campground, and owner and chef of former "A Family Affair Catering." She now teaches culinary courses for the Recreation Department for both adults and children.
She will be creating sushi with your kids!
This is a hands on take and make class. We will be working with vegetable sushi, fully cooked seafood protein, and dessert sushi.
