Let Andrea Kristenson, our resident chef, show you how to make simple and delicious recipes for your friends and family. Andrea, now home with two children, was a chef instructor at Boston Univer-sity's School of Hospitality Administration for 10 years, former food service director of Normandy Farms Campground, and owner and chef of former "A Family Affair Catering." She now teaches culinary courses for the Recreation Department for both adults and children.

Join our around the world tour! The kid chefs will be learning cuisines of the Middle East. Many cooking techniques and ingredients originated in this area. It is a fun cuisine to cook with children of all ages as so much of it is eaten with your hands! As always participants will take home the delicious food they create to share with their families.
